Default To Deploy before 10.2 release or not to..

That is the question....

I have been hoping to deploy ZCM into my production environment for more than a year now. I am finally at the point where I feel that there is enough stability in 10.1.3 to deploy it. The features that I require are patch management and remote desktop management. I am very happy with their performance now.

I went to the CIO this week and asked her for her blessing to rollout 10.1.3 and she said "Yes, the wait has been too long."

But, I have been following the threads and like on 10.2 and I am now wondering if I should wait? I have read that one will be able to select the functionality that one desires when deploying the agent. It seems from my reading that people are for the most part very positive about 10.2....

Will there be issues with upgrading from 10.1.3 to 10.2 that are going to make my life more difficult? Would a straight 10.2 installation be better than an upgrade to it?

Thanking you in advance for you input into my quandary....
