Patch sync problems

There are a few bugs on these patches that keep failing. One of them is 499528 and they are working on getting things fixed. I am pretty sure the problems are on the server side where the download is coming from so there won't be any code changes in the product to fix these.

Any updates on this? I'm getting a similar list of failures once we got the downloads working at the end of July 09.
