If we have an incoming (from the internet) HTML e-mail that is of type
"multipart/related" it displays a blank page and the HTML and plain text
buttons are grayed out. Other types of HTML e-mail are fine. We see this
only a few a day out of 1000's of incoming messages.

If we hit reply or forward, the new window shows the contents in plain text.

We opened a trouble ticket with Novell yesterday afternoon and they
indicated they have not seen this before.

GWIA/MTA is 7, PO is 6 or 7, Clients are either 6.5.3, 6.5.4 or 7.

The same e-mail sent to Thunderbird, OE or Gmail display the HTML fine.

Any ideas?
