We recently purchased GroupWise 7 and I am attempting to learn the correct terminology to describe a custom form or screen. The application is to record all non-conforming receipts to a purchase order. A purchase order is issued and vendor ships goods to one of our sites. The receiver determines a non-conformance and would then create a record in GroupWise. PO number, date, PO quantity, description, and ship quantity. For example the PO stated 10 parts, the Packing Slip stated 12. The Receiver would route this form to the Buyer who. This continues until there is a resolution.

What does GroupWise call the creation of user defined fields?

Where do I find how this is done in GroupWise?

Lotus Notes has this as a database feature where custom forms are created to limited data entry and movement to selected users.
