I'm on the phone currently with Symantec tech support about a problem
trying to upgrade SAV from 9 to 10.2.

Good thing: The support is in the U.S.

Bad thing: Every time I ask a question he asks me to hold a minute. I'm
suspecting he has no idea what's going on and he's just going to someone
else with all my questions.

This is getting old pretty quickly.
