On a nss mount point, i'm doint a touch to create a file. When the file as a
extended character I get the following error : touch: setting times of
`\351p\351e.txt': Invalid argument.

This is my second post for problems with NSS-Linux and extended character
handling. Seems like OES-Linux is not ready for the international market !
