When creating a user and using a template, the following error message

"Unable to process request, file not found"

The user is created and all elements of the template-- environment,
group memberships, login restrictions, etc. are in place. The only
inconsistency I can find is in the default rights assignments for home
directories-- the rights assigned do not match what we have always
used in our templates. Any idea what is generating the error message,
and is the error message connected to the HD rights mis-assignment or
is it something else that I'm not seeing??
