I've seen a couple of other posts similar to mine and they point to
following solution.


I saw a post that said, this would not affect users who already exist,

but only new ones that are created.

Does this mean you can not recover pass phrases for existing iFolder
users if you do the above procedure?

What about disabling the iFolder account and then re-enabling it?
