Can anybody help? Our users have installed the iprint printer agent and the
driver is LJ4000 PCL 5e from HP. When printing with excel spreadsheet, some
border lines are not able to print. I then changed the driver to LJ4000 PCL
and the result was positive. All border lines are able to print without

Is it a common problem? I am just afraid that there will be other problems
as there is no way to test if the driver is working fine for all

Another problem is the printer agent has been installed to lots of user
workstation. Is there any way to replace the driver for users automatically
without user intervention.
