Hi all,

When our users try to print from their Citrix client to any NDPS
printer, their local printer connection goes offline immediately forcing
them to have to toggle it back on before printing commences. If they
print from their workstation to the same printer, it prints with no
problems. This has become such an issue that our Citrix admin (who is
not me) has created an Active Directory print system for users to print
from Citrix to the same printers. Thus, we are running dual print
systems. I would like to be able to solve this issue so we could move
everyone back to NDPS.

Citrix support has been no help and I spoke with the iPrint guys at
brainshare last week and they haven't seen this either.

Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.
