We just finished "upgrading" a computer with a new hard drive and Winders
XP. The tech went to the MS web site and ran all the updates, which
included upgrading IE to version 7.

When it came time to set up printing, it installed the iPrint client no
problem, but when the tech attempted to install a printer from the web
page, he was informed that he needed to install the client(!).

He "uninstalled" IE 7, which really back-revved it to IE 6.2, and
everything worked in the old-fashioned way (meaning it worked). A search of
the Novell KB, but didn't find anything useful. Are we the only ones who
have seen this?
