I am new to Intellisync mobile suite Version 5 (build 2195 Service Pack 4).

Everything was working fine until last week when we have started getting the error message :Exchange server and/or mailbox not found or inaccessible
wherever we try to do

MS Exchange (GCCSBS - John Miles) Settings : Test Access.

I have been looking into this since last week and the orginal people who did the installation as well.

Please could someone advice, as this is stopping the sales staff getting their contacts list,,emails etc
