My apologies up front Iím not the most advanced Novell admin. Iíve been working on the following issue for a while and Iím not making much headway. So I hope I can find some help here.

I have 3 users who will periodically loose access to their files. They receive a message "access denied. Contact administrator" when trying to open files from the network. They are able to see and browse all files and they can copy the files to their desktop to access them. (File type does seem to matter but it's mostly word and excel I've had calls about) They are then able to copy them back to the original location. This only seems to affect these few people. After a reboot they are able to access the file again as normal. The OU that they are part of has full access to the files. This has all come around after upgrading our server to OES Linux servers.
