We've had a number of reports of users being presented with an iPrint Printer Authentication dialog box when logging in to workstations. However, looking in the iPrint client settings it appears that an ID/password has been passed to iPrint by Client32 (entry present in the Passwords tab). Secure printing works without the need to complete the authentication prompt.
We're running XP SP2, Novell client 4.91 SP2, iPrint client 4.28 and NW 6.5 SP 6 on the iPrint server.
Reinstalling the iPrint client seems to resolve the issue, but this isn't really a viable solution given the volume of workstations concerned.
Has anyone seen this issue, or is aware of a slicker fix for the problem?
