I have a user who sent a message to an external person and it bounced with a 500 5.5.1 Command unrecognized error.

Somehow gwia changed the name of the recipient from Hillary.Biskner@Cerner.com to montoya@salud.unm.edu. It was not a Frequent Contact issue.

We did a resend of the message and this time it transferred correctly.
