I'm struggling with a strange problem in GroupWise: If I assign an email in my mailbox and click on "Tools" and "Dial contact" or rather "Dial sender" my phone rings and I can make the call. By contrast I can't make a call when I'm in the adress book assigning a contact and clicking on "Action" and "Dial contact". In that case nothing happens, no ringing. If I put a "0" previous to the rest of the call number and click on "Dial contact" my phone rings and displays a "0" nothing more. So it isn't possible to make calls out of the adress book. Do you have any experience with such a problem? Can somebody help me?
