ZCM 10.2 server on Windows 2003. Running the canned inventory report "Workstations without antivirus software" results in a list of workstations that should not be in the list. All of our workstations are running the same version of CA eTrust and inspection of the listed machines shows that the AV client is working properly. The eTrust management server detects these workstations and the ZENworks Patchlink server shows the software is installed.

Any ideas as to why ZCM is reporting incorrectly? How can I troubleshoot this?
