Not sure where I should post this or if it has been posted already, but, We upgraded to Novell GroupWise 8 over four months ago. The upgrade was smooth and we even applied a specific patch that is supposed to stop our GroupWise Web Access agent from crashing. It is very intermittent and does not happen often. I have been able to restart the Agent alone with success. The problem is that probably a few times I have restarted the Agent and had an issue with our Post Office agent after that.

After restarting the WEBAC80A the POA would come back as unused, even with restarts (of the POA) as well. I have tried to unload all GWAVA and all Groupwise Agents to no avail. The only way to get the POA to come back online after this is to completely reboot the server. Has anyone else run into this?
