I'm running GroupWise 8.0 on a Netware 6.5 server, all service packs.

Recently we changed out ISP and got new public IP addresses - since then some of my users have been complaining that some e-mails have been bouncing.

The e-mail contains the following error message:

554 eastrmimpi04.cox.net IMP rejected - no rDNS

I've read something about this error and a "PTR" record, but I'm not sure what that is and could use it explained in simple terms if possible...
