We are having issues with our GroupWise8 Webaccess client and Adobe PDF. If the user gets the attachment, the user can not view the file, nor open it, but can save the file. Once the file is saved they can open/view it. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a local workstation issue or is it an Adobe file? The workstations vary, the have W2K or XP O.S., memory anywhere from 512M to 2 GIG.
