What are some professional ways to say, "Applicant should have 2-4 years of
college, or be a graduate with no experience or a person who has worked for
a few years in the business"?

Bacially, I'd hire someone who has 2 years of school but can't afford it
anymore; Finished school but can't find a job; or had a job for a while but
lost it.

That's my target demo.
