What's your signature dish? Something that your family/friends equate
with you if you are the cook?

I have two that are seasonal. Winter it's cheese fondue. Summer it's
fresh basil pesto. Basil crop is good this year, and I'll likely freeze
enough to have good pesto for the winter as well. But it's just too hot
here in summer for fondue!

The thing these dishes have in common? I learned to make them as a
teenager, still love them, and they have a lot of garlic!

I do make a mean country fried pork chop with gravy too though!
