My manager receives appointments sent to him as attachments from time to time, and he wanted to be able to place these attached appointments into his Calendar, however, all options are grayed out.

The work around I came up with was to open the attached appointment, select "Edit", "Change To", and select "Note" (Now the attached appointment is in the format of a new Note for Posting) Similar routine is now done to covert it to a posted appointment: Click on "Edit", "Change To", and select "Appointment" then click "Post"

Now the attached appointment is a posted personal appointment in my manager's calendar - my question is this:

Is there a less kludgy way to accomplish this?

Could Novell maybe add an option for attached calendar items, where we could right-click them and select "Post to Calendar?" - where would I submit a suggestion for this?
