Here is my problematic:

We have a shared calendar with two users that add Posted Appointment on it with categories set to the appointment. We set a rule that set a category when a special charaters is present on the subject.

Now what we would like is to have the same settings on everyone's account so it will appear exactly the same with colored appointment that will be linked to a specific meaning (without having to do it manually on each acconts/machines).

Can we do that somehow, a special file where such settings are stored? I assume those parameters are on the server in itself. (something that can be distributed via Zen would be perfect)? we do not want third-party programs that are not free.

If it is not possible, would GroupWise 2012 be able to do that?
