Our current Post Office has a 90 day retention period on email and 350 days on calendars, task and appointments.

Management has asked us to consider switching to Mailbox size limits and if we do then we can add more post offices to distribute the users.

I'd like to hear comments from anyone that has gone through this conversion.

Obviously the disk space is going to increase considerably.

We use dbcopy for backups and have a Post office restore area, I'm factoring the anticipated maximum disk space x 3 plus 20% overhead to ensure the Post office does not run out of space.

I'm presuming that I need to factor in Resources.
I've considered that every account will eventually grow to the maximum size unless manually maintained or managed by rules.

I'm open for comments/suggestions/ or items to consider.
