I work for a school system and am looking at possibly adding some additional information to GroupWise contacts to assist not only me but the end users with common questions. Some of the items I know GroupWise will not integrate at this time such as employee pictures. But I noticed that eDirectory has a room number and other items that are not part of GW's contact advanced list. Is there any administrative option to add those fields to the main GroupWise address book so that the end users ends up getting that information?

Is there any way to allow the end user to edit that information themselves to make the data entry easier on me? It use to be easy with eGuide but I noticed that eGuide is no longer an option with OES.
