It seems that the overwhelming majority of our workstations, (details below), are "stuck" some varying weeks/months back for "Last Full Refresh" date when viewed in the ZCM console. "Last Contact" info is accurate, however. We have tried zac cc, zac ref, zac ref bypasscache, zac unr, zac reg, etc on the workstations to no avail. Also, all our SLES servers are stuck at the same "Last Full Refresh" date, 8/16/2012. We can't trace any particular activity to this date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
