Have on several different versions of ZCM (10.3.4 (XP) and 11.2.0 (Win7)) seen occasional crashes of the nzwinvnc service (resulting in inability to remote manage). This is normally are handled by support personel by getting the service restarted -which in 99% of the cases solves the issue.

What I propose is changing the service restart settings of the service to restart at first, second and above - which will "save" the support personell much grief.

We have used this with success in the past on the ZCM Agent on ZCM 10 with the instabilities of some versions there - and yes it was a workaround, but great relief for the support personell.

What are your thoughts - good idea ?
