I have just installed Windows 7 64 Bit on a couple of machines in my school district. When a student user account (which is very limited on what it can do) logs in, no NAL window opens. All the policies and bundles are assigned to the machine, but no window opens to allow the user to open any of the programs. If the same user logs into a Windows 7 32 bit machine, the NAL window opens as it should. On the 64 bit machines, when a teacher user (who have more permissions than a student user) logs in, the NAL window opens just fine.

Is there something about the 64 bit version of Windows that prevents the action to allow the NAL window to open?

Thank you.
