I am trying to evaluate NSD.

I setup everything regarding ZCM integration and it is working.

But by default, the hardware is imported with a status "arrived" and i have to change it to eployed in order to have it available when i create a new incident.
By the way the default incident team is assigned to this hardware wih he waranty SLA. But when i look in my SETUP>Privileges>Request i have configured a new default SLA, with a new incident team....

What i want to know is how can i configure NSD to use another default incident Team and how can i have the status for my hardware to be "deployed" by default ?
