I had to restore a corrupted iPad which ran iOS 7.0.3. Upon restoring the device it would not connect to ZMM via the ZENworks app from Novell's own download site. I made sure it was not in the "User" grid of ZMM. The error message displays "This device cannot be enrolled because it is already enrolled on the server." I have even went to the point of restarting the entire ZMM server in hope of that clearing a hangup in the database. Unfortunately, no success as the iPad continues to display the same message when attempting to "Enroll" via the ZENworks app.

Therefore, is there a fix or solution I am missing that resolves devices stating they are already enrolled even though it does not appear in the "User" grid?
