if our users a creating an absence rule in webaccess, then the system
generates mail messages for _all_ incoming mail including the mails
before the start date.
We found there are no fields to enter start and end date.

At this time we tell our users not to use the web function to enter a
holiday rule.

We cant compare with 2012 anymore.
Someone here to confirm this?
