GroupWise was upgraded from2012 to 2014 on a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1 64 bit. GroupWise WebAccess is working fine but when I try to get to the WebAccess Admin console, http://server IP/gw/webacc?action=Admin.Open, I received the following error message after I put in my login information (yes, it does bring me to the login screen).

Error message: Unable to connect to the GroupWise Admin Console @

It was functioning before the upgrade. On the GroupWise server, if I go to it does take me to the Welcome screen and if I go to I can successfully log into my GroupWise WebAccess account.

Why can't I Access the WebAccess Admin Console?
