I have a problem with all incidents, i can't escalate incidents!
I have 3 Techs and they i all members of Default Incident Team and member in Supervisors, Administrators
Tech1 is in Layer1, Tech2 in Layer 2 and Tech 3 in Layer 3

I dont matter how i change in Layers, Techs is the same i all Layers....

Is this a Database problem? How to check that?
