SD 702.

Has anyone got any suggestions on the best way to troubleshoot an LDAP sync'd user who cannot log in.

The user previously could log in, but can no longer. The error message on the failed login indicates invalid credentials, but user can log into their eDirectory account fine.

Password has been reset multiple times. User account in SD is active and web access enabled. We've unsynced and resynced. Deleted NDS object and recreated. I can't find anything in the SD log to help.

Anyone experienced similar or have any thoughts on how to resolve?
