We had to change the IPs and Domain Name on our network which affected all the servers. As a result the Service Desk certificate is still showing the old IP and domain name. I don't know how to fix this so that it is showing the new IP. Running Service Desk on a Microsoft 2008R2 server. I can't fix the AIM without the updated certificate showing the new IP and domain name. We used "internal" or self-signed certificates when we initially installed Service Desk. Anyone run into this and know how to fix?
