I have an IT person who uses remote management frequently and in the last few days it isn't working for her.

When she tries to connect to someone she gets a "waiting for user to accept request" even though the policy does not require the users approval. When you try to connect to the same computer from a different PC, it connects with no issue.

If you try to cancel the request, on subsequent connection attempts you get a "communication error, the port is in use" and sure enough if I connect to the user the NZ Viewer process is running with port 5950 open.

I have tried reinstalling the zen agent on IT persons PC, clearing the cache, redeployed the remote policy to her and the users. This one is baffling me, any ideas?

We are on 11.3 SP3
