I have an existing IDM 3.6.1 with eDirectory 8.8.SP6 installed on
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

I am trying to upgrade eDirectory to 8.8.SP8 but cannot go past through
after selecting language options. When I click Next after selecting
English, the page is blank with title
"NDSInstall.NDSMessageBoxUpgradeTitle" and NETIQ logo , when I click
next, I get another blank page with title
"NDSInstall.NDSMessageBoxTitle".....there's no input textboxes and if I
click next again , I get an error dialog box with "NDSInfoUI.cantLogin"

Visual C++ 2012 x64 is installed.

Is this a bug?
