We're getting an error when creating a generic request through the NSD customer portal. Upon clicking the Save button we receive an information message:

There was a problem saving the Incident: failed to lazily initialize a collection of role: com.livetime.data.Team.techTeams, no session or session was closed

The request is actually created in NSD, though you wouldn't - as a customer - know that, as the Cancel and Save buttons are still sitting at the bottom of the screen as if nothing had happened. I've Googled the message and don't get any hits associated with Novell, just links to Java and Hibernate items. Kinda makes me thing it's an under-the-hood issue. (This is the NSD 7.1 appliance, by the way.)
