We are currently testing the latest version of ZENworks (11.4.0) with Windows 10 and we’ve noticed that when a user initially logs on the machine, ZENworks shows the bundle icons on the desktop, however, subsequent logons do not show any icons. Additionally, the Start Menu does not have any bundle icons. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround or is this an issue with Windows 10 and the agent?

We appreciate that Windows 10 is not fully supported at the moment and if that is the root cause of the above, we’re happy to wait until the next version.
