Is there a way to either restart or have the ZAA update fail so that it can be re-pushed to the device? I have several teachers that started the Update and then before the update finished shutdown the laptop. now my System update notes it as in process at a % done but never continues on. I had hoped that the Check update or refresh would prompt the update to either fail or continue but nothing seems to be working. I am hoping not to have to remove the Agent completely to repair the system
