typical story here, CIO makes the statement "To the CLOUD", the
Office365 cloud that is.

I was poking around the sales content on the NetIQ site and CloudAccess
sounds pretty good and would be a relatively easy sell the management.

We are an Active Desktop SOE shop and use eDirectory for both Internal
and External customers.

We currently have NetIQ IDM 4.1 and NetIQ Access Manager 4.0.1 and I'm
wondering do we need/want CloudAccess to provide User
Provisioning/De-Provisioning as well as Single Sign-on into Office365?

Also can CloudAccess provision users from eDirectory to Office365/Azure?
