Testing Service Desk 7.

Punched a hole in the external Firewall for port 80. However, I cannot hit the Service Desk url from the other side of the Firewall (external). I don't believe it's a DNS issue since I am using the Static IP address not an actual domain help.

Additonal: Service Desk Appliance firewall has been turned off.

So, what ports are needed to be open to allow external users the ability to connect to the Service Desk URL.
