We have an issue now where we can't log in as any of the "Users" because we created 4 "Users" in Service Desk, unaware that we were only licensed for 2 "Users". We get the message: The licensed user limit has been exceeded. Total Users: 2 (Used 4) Incident licenses: 2 (Used 4)

I don't see any way to remove 2 of the 4 users while logged into Service Desk as admin, either by removing their roles or by just removing the user all together. We assigned the Supervisor role to one of the 4 users and since the Service Desk Supervisor is the only user that can change roles and edit other users, we're not able to get around the license issue.

Please advise on how to remove these Users.
