(ZCM 11.4.2 appliance, Single primary server)
Right now, the only way I can enter info into the Collection Data Form I have set up in ZCM is to go to the WS, right click on the agent icon in the system tray and choose 'Collection Data Form'. Is there some way I can 'talk' to the ZENworks Control Center or the appropriate database directly so I can update info for a WS from my desk?

I thought I heard of some tool that would allow you access to the ZCM databases to do some updating. If so what is it and where do I find it?
