We are planning to run a regular review that will be performed by the “Permission Owner”.
The Permission Owner will review all assigned permissions that are not part of a business role.
So far this works.

The issue that we are having is, that only a subset of permissions have an owner assigned.
When we start the review, all the permissions with an owner get trigger correctly (assigned to Stage 1 Reviewer)
but all the permission that do not have an owner are assigned to the “Exception reviewer”.

In our case there is no need to review the exceptions.

It would be much nicer, if only permissions that have an owner would be part of the review. Having the exceptions in there, leads to an incorrect completion rate and other KPIs.

Is it possible to either perform a review only for permissions that have an owner or to automatically approve all exceptions?
