Defined a JDBC collector for an Account.

I think I have everything correct, in terms of port, host, DB name, etc.
I can telnet from IDG server to the port on the DB server.

Do we have access to a list of DaaS error codes?

DaaS is Directory As a Service I would guess. There is a daas.war...
