Are there any other iPrint users on iPrint Appliance 3.2.0 (fully patched) that are having issues with the print service communicating with Brother printers like HL-6200dw or HL-5200dw? We are seeing the server stating there is an issue like lid open, media missing, or jam occurred and after addressing the issue, the server does not clear out the message. We have to go into NPS and stop/start the printer service on that specific device. Is this a known issue with Brother printers not communicating well with the iPrint Appliance? As a side note, we are seeing these messages regardles of W7 or W10 all running clienct v6.16.00
