We're running Zenworks Suite 2017 SP3 (single server). All our agents are updated to the latest version. Since updating from SP2 to SP3 I receive the following error from all our agents:

KB validation failed, inventory scan can't be started

Start debugging on one workstation I see the following:

However, the ALIAS.KB file is present in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\bin" directory.

How to fix this?
