I have done nothing but mess with lease return EQ for like 6 months
now...if I have to look at another ghost image again it will be to soon!

I am done! Now I get to be an admin again! yeah, got a new exchange
server that needs to go in, just teamed the network cards...w00t!

backup is in a state of disarray, worked on cleaning that up.

now need to figure out what is wrong with anti virus...going to be
doing some installing and uninstalling tonight I guess…

Out of curiosity do you see a lot of real world benefit of teaming? I'm
pondering it. Backups take a single nic to about 40% util on a gigabit
link, but I'm not sure if that's enough traffic to justify teaming. I'm
not sure what you can theoretically get to with gigabit percentage wise.
I've never seen over 40 on it.

I recall seeing some benchmarks some time ago discussing that bus
saturation was to blame and 400MBps was about all we would see for a
while. What I can't recall is if this was specific to 32-bit cards and
the legacy PCI bus or if it included the PCI-X stuff. I want to say it
was 32-bit PCI that was discussed.

Well, at my old company I did it will all my servers, more for fault
tolerance than anything else. Here they have not used it at all. This
will be the first sever I have used it on in about 3 years.
